Would you like VIP access to our most sought after wines? Join our Black Book wine club, and get the best bottles of our cellar shipped to your home.
Our Black Book guards the names of our dearest friends across Canada, wine lovers just like you. As most of our wines are produced in small lots of 300 cases or less, we offer first access to our exclusive Black Book list. As a member, you’ll receive a select allocation of 6 bottles of our most interesting wines, 3 times each year. You can customize each case, and add your personal favorites before your wines are shipped. And every time we do something special, like a dinner or a tasting, you’ll be first on our invitation list.

Vigneron terminology — en français.

Using the savoir faire of Pénélope’s family, we practice assemblage to create our Bordeaux-inspired wines. Assemblage is the art of blending wines from different grape varieties and terroirs. It is not just a technical process; it’s a meticulous craft passed down through generations, imparting complexity, balance, and longevity to wines. Each grape gives something to the blend: more tannins, vibrant colour, and particular aromas like spice or cassis. Our use of assemblage continues the legacy of Pénélope’s ancestors, fostering a connection between the past and the present.

With gratitude and love from our family to yours.
